Karratha
Karratha has become the largest town in the Pilbara region of Western Australia – the world's richest mineral region. In 2018, the city’s exports totalled over $40 billion.

This book is unique in that it is in a landscape format. At the time of print, this was the largest landscape-size book that could be casebound in Australia.
In 2014, the population of Karratha eclipsed 20,000. As the city has grown, significant investments have been made in infrastructure and facilities. Karratha Leisureplex and the Red Earth Arts Precinct, 2019.
